Candidate privacy

When you apply to Spoks, we use the information you submit to assess your application and contact you about the hiring process.

What you share

The application asks for your name, email, US phone number, LinkedIn profile, relevant work and availability to work in Austin. Please avoid including sensitive personal information or confidential material from another employer.

How we use it

We review your experience and work against the role. For an open application, we consider whether there is a fit with our current or future hiring needs. We may also record the campaign that brought you to the page to understand which recruitment channels are useful.

Who can access it

Applications are shared with the people involved in hiring through Notion and our Zapier workflow. We use service providers to operate the website and store the application. We do not add applicants to merchant marketing lists or send their application answers to advertising platforms.

Recruitment analytics

We use Google Analytics and Meta to understand visits and measure completed applications from recruitment campaigns. On submission, your name and email are made available to our tag manager for recruitment conversion matching. We do not include these details in Google Analytics event parameters. Your phone number, LinkedIn profile and application answers are not included in recruitment tracking events.

Questions and deletion requests

To ask about your application information or request its deletion, contact privacy@spoks.com. Information is retained for the hiring process and applicable recordkeeping requirements. Open applications may be considered for future roles; you can ask us to stop considering yours.
