Forms and popups
Grow your list with forms that convert
Capture subscribers with popups and embedded forms, run polls inside your emails, or keep the third-party form tool you already use. Every submission flows straight into your segments and automations.

Popups and embedded forms, built in minutes
Show a popup at the right moment with trigger settings, a teaser, and URL targeting, or place a form inline on any page with the Spoks Embedded Form block.
- Popups with triggers, teasers, and URL rules
- Embedded forms via the Spoks block
- Goes live across your whole storefront

Forms, polls, and surveys for every moment
Add a shareable form or poll to any email, ask why someone is unsubscribing, or run a quick poll right inside a campaign. A well-placed form in an email people already opened often beats a standalone one.
- Popup, embedded, and shareable forms
- Polls inside emails and flow steps
- An unsubscribe poll to learn why people leave

Every submission powers your marketing
Submissions are saved on the contact profile, so you can build segments, add filters in flows, and trigger automations like sending a discount code the moment someone signs up. Already use Shopify Forms or another third-party form tool? As long as it can tag contacts on submit, those signups flow straight into your Spoks segments and automations too.
- Submissions build segments and flow filters
- Trigger a flow or send a discount on submit
- Bring your own third-party form by tagging contacts

Frequently asked questions
- What kinds of forms can I build?
- Popup forms, embedded forms, shareable forms and polls, an unsubscribe poll, and an automatic subscribe form for your campaigns and public feeds. Polls are added from the email editor inside a campaign or flow.
- Do popups and embedded forms need setup?
- They run on a one-time Spoks Onsite JavaScript activation on your Shopify store. After that, popups and embedded forms work across your storefront. Embedded forms are available for Shopify stores.
- Can I keep using a third-party form tool?
- Yes. If you use something like Shopify Forms, you can tag contacts on submission and trigger a Spoks flow from that, so your existing forms still feed your automations.
- What happens to the data people submit?
- Every submission is stored on the contact profile, so you can build segments, add filters in flows, and use the answers to guide future messaging and automation.
